I've got my new trade list updated, finally.

I do have a favor to ask: I can be a very slow trader, but I think I've found out where I get slowed down - I can't seem to find the time to peruse other sand collectors' trade list promptly. For some reason, that seems to be where I get hung up, so I would like to try a new approach to trading. I will give up my control of choosing choices from your lists, and instead will put that burden on... YOU!
Well, assuming of course you agree.

After you have perused my list and have made your choices, please choose an equal number of samples for me from your list. You are much more familiar with your trade list than I am; all I ask is that you choose samples that 1) are comparably different from each other AND 2) you email me the names/locations/etc of the samples you have chosen for me. (This makes it much easier for me to process the samples you have sent me) Obviously, if you have an especially interesting sample, I would be grateful for that sample. Currently, I prefer volcanic, desert or dunes, out of the way locations, and other unusual samples (like everyone I suppose!)

I think this will help me be a more prompt trader, which will make us all happier. Just let me know if this works for you, and thanks again,

PLEASE NOTE:

I do not clean my sands!!!

If I had unlimited time to spend on this obsession I would, but alas, they are as I collected them (or as they were sent to me). I do pull out pieces of flora or larger pebbles, but it is likely smaller pieces are still in some samples.

Since you will lose a certain quantity of sand if you clean them, I will send an extra amount (on especially dirty samples) to make up for this shortage. Once you have finished processing the sample, you will still have a full film cannister for your collection.

Also, please be advised that although I make every effort to be prompt, I may be a slow trader at times, it depends on what drama is befalling my life at the moment.

Hopefully, my new plan, as described above, will prevent too many delays in trading.
