WHY INSURANCE?
Insurance is recommended - unfortunately, this will add $1.50 to the shipping and handling costs. Most of the items I sell are one of a kind, so replacements are not available - I am tempted to take chances with shipping sometimes because of the added cost, and yet I can't afford to take those chances - especially with your money.I take great pains to pack your item carefully so it will arrive at your doorstep unscathed.
So, I recommend insurance, but it is your call. If you choose not to insure your package, that's fine, but you will have to accept those risks, I do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged articles.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Please send payment within 10 days of auction's end - if payment is not received within this time frame,I reserve the right to sell to the second highest bidder, or re-list the item.
Money orders, cash, and Paypal PREFERRED.
Personal checks accepted, with 10 day waiting period.
I accept credit card payments only through Paypal.
SHIPPING ISSUES
On domestic shipments, I quote the FIRST CLASS rate.All shipping quotes include a 'shipping and handling' charge. Please understand that it takes time and money to prepare a package for safe passage through the postal system!
PLEASE BE ADVISED: When quoting a shipping rate overseas, I assume the buyer wants the least expensive charge so I quote the ***ECONOMY*** rate. This can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to arrive! If you want your package faster, please notify me ***before*** you pay - I will then get an airmail quote for you.
