Mission & Goals

We are a Catholic Parish school providing education from kindergarten through eighth grade. We are located in Racine County at 3030 95th Street in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. We are only 5 minutes away from the City of Racine, two minutes from the Town of Mount Pleasant and 5 minutes from the Town of Caledonia. Spaces are still available in several grade levels. GOALS
MISSION STATEMENT

St. Sebastian School Community is a group of adult and adolescent believers in Christ, gathered for the primary purpose of education. To this end, the school will provide instruction and example to help formulate and deepen the faith of our students. This will include promoting daily programs for each level including preparation for the sacraments, formation of a Christian conscience, fostering an appreciation of the Holy Scriptures, encouraging and englightening parents to be in the primary catechists in their homes, and developing a lasting relationship with Jesus, Our Savior.

PHILOSOPHY

St. Sebastian School believes each child is unique and his/her goal is to be aware of human needs--physical and spiritual--and to respond to them in a mature and Christian manner. The total development of each child is the goal to the administration and faculty of this school.

The core and curriculum and extra-curricular program are designed to develop the spirtual, intellectual, social, emotional, and physical needs of the child. St. Sebastian School has a deep sense of commitment to the religious education of each child and incorporates Christian value education at all levels adn in all areas of content. Our Christian community stresses responsibility for one's actions and encourages self-direction and self-motivation.
